Hopson Plaza Mixed-use Development
Located in Tongzhou – the subcenter of
Beijing, which is a destination of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, this urban
complex design project takes the concept idea of stream water for the facade. A
three-sided 220m long slab tower of multi-functional use sits on a
retail-integrated garden podium. This created an opportunity to break down the
bulky scale with separated glass boxes overhung. The reflective box glass
corresponding to the blue sky helps reducing its gigantic appearance. The facade members that are facing the public road are colored in metallic white,
keeping a contrast with the courtyard-facing side – wooden texture, to relate
to its natural atmosphere. Copper frame at the podium level highlights the
shopfront of the retail shops with a duplex and a flagship store at corners.

合生广场综合体设计
通州作为北京的城市副中心，自古以来成为京杭大运河的北端，水润地杰，而坐落于其中的本项目设计则以流水分支为灵感，形成立面的图案语言。该项目的花园商业裙房之上坐落着三边连续约220米长的塔楼。体量设计上以并置悬挑玻璃盒子的手法化解了巨大尺度，并以反射蓝天白云的外玻璃面来减轻重量感。立面上面对城市的界面以白色金属杆件彰显大气，而面对庭院的内部界面则以木质颜色与自然植被取得和谐。裙房商业以铜质边框装饰，转角处的旗舰店则以更独特的姿态获得展示商机。

Citu Residence Concept
Located in Hangzhou Bay Area of Shanghai, the high-rise residential facade ensemble breaks the definition of typical floor, which creates a cross-layer while spectacular effect. The tapering and fluid horizontal members -with the background of copper panel and wood-like louvers - represent the sense of craft and art, which remind the prosperous history of modern Shanghai.

上海高层住宅小区规划与立面设计
坐落于上海杭州湾的高层住宅小区，其建筑立面设计突破了单调重复的标准层，从而创造出叠错多变的丰富效果。横向的白色金属杆件以铜板和木色百叶为衬托，伸缩舒展，天马行空，传递出艺术与手工艺的气息，从而呼应出拥有绚丽繁华的摩登时代的上海。

Residential #33 & Clubhouse Concept
The 33-storey residential tower takes horizontal facade language to offset its soaring sense. Located in South China Region, the spatial balconies provide shading and viewing platforms. The waving and streamlined facade style creates dynamic and appealing atmosphere. As a supporting facility of the residential, the clubhouse facade takes similar fluid and continuous language. The main feature blurs the vertical elevation with horizontal canopy to make an iconic entrance place. The shining metallic mullion accentuates the smooth facade and gives attractive impression as a whole.

华南地区高层住宅与俱乐部设计
33层高的住宅塔楼采取横向立面语言，该横向语言不仅在形式上化解了塔楼的高耸感，也自然组织成为阳台的要素。位于华南地区的该住宅，其大面积舒展的阳台空间既为室内遮阳通风，也为居住者提供开阔的观景平台。整体波浪起伏的立面造型营造出动感的场所氛围，欢快愉悦。作为住宅的配套设施，俱乐部的立面设计采用了相近的连续流畅的语言，形式上一气呵成。立面的处理手法模糊了横向雨蓬与竖向杆件的界限，从而定义出独具特色的入口空间。光亮的金属杆件与流动的立面语言交相辉映，浑然天成，引人入胜。
